All permanent court interpreters of Republic of Srpska are informed that they are obliged to implement tariff rate mentioned below when charging their services, and that pursuant to the RS permanent court interpreters Rulebook keep records of services performed in the log file (Official Gazette RS no. 115/05), and appendix to the permanent court interpreters Rulebook (Official Gazette RS no. 32/07).

Pursuant to article 60 of the Law on Courts and Justiceship (Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska no. 70/02, 33/04, 118/05 and 33/06), minister of justice issues:

I-REWARD FOR TRANSLATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS

| Notice: a) Reward from this tariff number is calculated according to number of lines of typed text, where line if started but not finished counts as a whole line. b) For translation with complex scientific and professional – technical contents reward can increase at the most for 50%. c) For inspection and verification of translation made by other person, court interpreter is entitled to half of the reward from this tariff number. | |

| III-EXPENDITURE COMPENSATION | |
| Court interpreters are entitled to expenditure compensation, as well as for compensation for lost earnings. Expenditure compensation and reward for lost earnings and other expenditures are calculated according to regulations on expenditure compensation for witnesses and experts in legal and criminal proceedings. | |
