Hereby we would like to inform all members of the Association that they are required to make the payment of membership fee by January 10th, 2009, at the latest. The members who fail to fulfill their obligation by given date will be deprived of access to the information contained at site section intended for Association members.

Application for resolution of the issue of fiscalization of the RS Court Interpreters was filed with the RS Ministry of Finance.
As soon as we receive the reply, it will be posted at the site section intended for Association members.

Today, we received response of the Tax Authority of Republic of Srpska in connection to fiscalization and obligations of RS full time Court Interpreters for implementation of fiscal cash registers. More information under section “members”.

Herewith we are informing all full time Court Interpreters in Republic of Srpska that implementation of fiscal cash registers also anticipates implementation of said obligation by full time Court Interpreters. Displeased by this fact, an taking into consideration that attorneys are not subject to the same obligation, we sent an official letter to the Tax Administration of Republic of Srpska and asked for opinion, instructions and suggestions resolution of the emerged problem. Response with instructions and opinion shall be released under the ACIRS members section.

Herewith we would like to inform our members that there have been changes in the Certified court interpreters Ordinance and the List of remunerations and awards of court interpreters. More information in section „Members“.
