1. For which languages you provide your services for?

Our services involve providing translators services for 28 different languages. And those are: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finish, Norwegian, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Bulgarian, Slovenian, Croatian, Macedonian, Hungarian, Rumanian, Greek, Albanian, Turkish, Arab, Chinese and Japanese.

2. What are yours working hours?

Our working hours are from 9 am to 4 for pm, and if necessary it can be prolonged.

3. Where are your offices and what is the easiest way to find them?

Our offices are seated in Zemunska street, number20b, 78000 Banja Luka. Detailed description can be found on page contact.

4. Can our representative visit you?

Yes, with previously arranged meeting.

5. How can we be certain regarding your professionalism, experience and references?

All our services and products, starting from simple commercial translations to complex technical translations are subject to quality control on the part of our highly professional and qualified personnel. Materials received for translation are submitted to linguistic control during entire process of project realization. Highly professional which has continuous growth and which works in cooperation with competent and qualified associates made ACIRS (Association of Court Interpreters of Republic of Srpska) recognizable in the world of translation services.

6. Are the translations that you deliver compliant terminologically and by the format of recording?

All our translations are distinguished by terminological compliance with original documents. System is made of production and harmonization of data base of specific terms. With this, risk from using terms that are not compliant that are confirmed as valid, is avoided. All translated documents will remain in original formatting, whether it is question of MS Office, Open Office, Adobe Acrobat, Quark Express, or some other format.

7. Do you accept jobs under one page (writ)?

We accept job regardless to quantity. Nevertheless, the smallest accounting unit is one writ.

8. How can I ask for your offer?

You can ask for our offer orally, in writing or by filling online module. For the purpose of assessment as transparent and as precise as possible it is preferable that you send to us materials you want to translate, either in form of data file, hard copy, CD/DVD or as e-mail document.

9. How can I start cooperation with you as translator?

If you are interested to establish cooperation with ACIRS and you believe that you possess necessary knowledge and competence, send us your CV with contact information. If your profile meets our needs, our staff shall contact you and as first step to our future cooperation perform examination of your knowledge and competence.

10. What are the criteria during the process of selection of your associates.

Main and primary criteria during selection of associates is competence and fulfilling of legal conditions.
Besides that, in consideration is taken and professionalism and attitude towards work, timely manner, relation to coworkers and team work.
Partner relation is only relation, in our business, to which we aspire to. Any other option in business relations that is not on mutual benefit ( that is not “WIN-WIN”) we consider unacceptable and over the long term unviable.

12. Is it possible to achieve certain discounts as service company which delivers your services to the third parties?

For service and production companies that are not end users of our product, but as final product or as integral part of some other product or service they are marketing it to the third parties, we agree to significant discounts to all our services, and products.

13. What is the manner in which I can send to you materials for translation?

You can deliver to us all materials planned for translation via e-mail or FTP if it is question of larger quantity of data. If materials are in the form of “hard copy”, that is on paper, delivery can be via fax or post office. If it is the case of electronic record on certain media for example CD-ROM, materials can be sent via post office. For all deliveries our staff can be at your service and take over materials from you when and where agreed.

14. How do you process personal information received via contact form?

ACIRS gather data received via contact form, only in the case that you are interested for one of our services or cooperation with our office. We treat all records received via contact form as strictly confidential and we take on all steps necessary to protect it from losses, alterations, unlawful revealing and any mode of its misuse.
